ELEktra
Elektra, co-developed by Markwood’s founding principals and Rockrose Development, is a 32-story multifamily residential development that boasts an ideal mix of floorplan configurations, from studios to duplex penthouses. Air rights were permitted to the developers to erect a structure 35% taller than standard zoning restrictions. The building’s height—coupled with its grand floor-to-ceiling glass windows—provides unobstructed views to the north, south, and east.
Designed by Avinash K. Malhotra Architects, and located in Manhattan’s Gramercy Park at the corners of Third Avenue and 22nd Street, the building features a rooftop terrace, 24-hour doorman, deluxe marble accents in kitchens and bathrooms and in-unit washer/dryers.
